As a result of continued Organic growth in our initial years, we are now seeking a passionate and hungry Sales Development Representative to join our growing team and contribute to our clients' success stories, and our consolidation in the market.                                                                          

We are seeking a Hungry, and passionate individual, looking to kick-start their careers in Sales and Technology. You will receive all the training and tools you need to be successful in the role, which is why we are seeking a charismatic individual, looking to take the 'Bull by its horns' in either their first, or next Sales role.

As a Sales Development Representative at Third Wave Identity, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth by generating and qualifying leads, fostering meaningful client relationships, and supporting our sales efforts. You will be responsible for conducting outbound prospecting activities, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and staying informed about industry trends to effectively position our services.

Due to the nature of this role, it is critical that this person is commutable to London. Although this is a hybrid position, this Individual will be critical in meeting prospects and clientele, attending industry events, and wider networking all around the wider London area.

Responsibilities

  • Conducting outbound Lead Generation
  • Schedule appointments and Product demonstrations
  • Collaborating with Sales Director to develop and execute sales strategy
  • Managing and updating the CRM
  • Staying informed about latest industry trends and changes

What might a typical week look like for you in this role?

As you might imagine, every week will massively vary based upon a number of variables, here are some of the activities you will find yourself engaged with across the week; outbound prospecting through phone calls, emails, and social media to generate and qualify leads, collaborate with colleagues to develop and execute lead generation strategies, research industries and target markets to identify key decision-makers and opportunities for engagement. Maintain accurate records of prospecting activities and customer interactions using CRM software. additionally, you will participate in team meetings, training sessions, and professional development activities to enhance skills and align with your career development objectives.
